Went to my dad’s place yesterday, Farah cooked another wonderful meal, some kind of roast pork, slow cooked and with apricot and apple sauce … mmmmmmm.
My dad enjoyed Aldona’s reading suggestions from the last visit, in particular Amos Os,  and sent me home with Selected Poems of Yehuda Amichai for her.

This is Aldona in front of a shop in Poznan called Aldona. Her name is quite unusual, and apparently not even Polish but Lithuanian, so this was a rare find.
